Manager - Audits & Assurance

As an Audit Manager at Talentfleet, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the streamlining of hiring and HR processes for organizations across sectors. Your role will involve drafting potentially complex financial statements, ensuring appropriate disclosures, and considering alternative Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP) such as Ind AS, IGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP, etc. You will also be responsible for documenting, validating, testing, and assessing all areas of financial statements, including client control systems. Additionally, you will support senior management in audit scheduling, planning, and various initiatives, while also overseeing the quality of work performed by the team and ensuring timely completion of audit assignments. Key Responsibilities: - Draft complex financial statements and ensure appropriate disclosures - Document, validate, test, and assess financial statements and client control systems - Support senior management in audit scheduling, planning, and initiatives - Plan and allocate resources effectively for audit assignments - Report and escalate major issues to higher management - Assess the quality of work performed by team members and monitor performance - Handle office administration tasks, including client follow-up, billing, and record-keeping Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience in an audit firm - Qualified CA with a good academic record - Good verbal and written communication skills - Client-facing experience preferred - Willingness to travel - High level of organizing, documenting, and record-keeping skills - Inquisitive approach towards all assignments About Us: Talentfleet was established with the aim of simplifying hiring and HR processes for organizations.
