🔹 What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver accurate and timely underwriting support.
Evaluate, analyze, and interpret
Treaty & Facultative
reinsurance contracts for multiple lines of business.
Assess risks, interpret terms & pricing structures, and ensure compliance with underwriting authority guidelines.
Collaborate with brokers, reinsurers, and underwriting managers across geographies.
Drive automation and AI-powered process improvements.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in
P&C Reinsurance – Assumed side
(Treaty & Facultative)
8+ years in reinsurance, including 4+ years leading teams
Strong decision-making and risk assessment skills
Excellent relationship-building skills with global stakeholders
Advanced MS PowerPoint & Excel skills
