Key Responsibilities:

Qualified CA:

• Lead statutory audits for clients across various industries.
• Review and finalize audit reports, financial statements, and disclosures.
• Oversee audit team members and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Handle client communications and manage audit timelines.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.

Semi-Qualified CA:

• Assist in the execution of statutory audits under the guidance of senior auditors.
• Perform substantive testing and documentation of audit evidence.
• Prepare draft financial statements and audit reports.
• Support in reviewing internal controls and risk assessments.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with client queries.

Requirements:

For Qualified CA:

• Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

For Semi-Qualified CA:

• CA Intermediate cleared (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
