Manager – App Growth Marketing

If you like shipping weekly, testing aggressively, and making growth visible on a dashboard (not in slides), this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Own mobile growth targets and the plan to hit them (acquisition + engagement)
• Run paid acquisition across

  Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads

  (and test new channels when it makes sense)
• Build a tight creative testing loop: angles, hooks, formats, landing/onboarding flows
• Improve activation and retention by partnering with product on onboarding, paywalls (if any), notifications, referrals, and loops
• Set up clean measurement: attribution, cohorts, funnels, CAC/LTV, retention curves
• Turn insights into experiments, ship fast, and share learnings clearly
• Manage budgets with ROI discipline — spend more when it works, kill it fast when it doesn’t
• (Optional) Work with creators/influencers for app installs and finance audiences

What we’re looking for

• 4–8 years

  in app growth / performance marketing / mobile acquisition
• You’ve scaled campaigns with real accountability (not just “managed agencies”)
• Strong with numbers: cohorts, funnels, attribution models, unit economics
• Comfortable writing test plans and running A/B experiments end-to-end
• You move fast, communicate clearly, and don’t wait for perfect data
• Based in

  Mumbai

  (or willing to be)

Bonus points

• Experience with tools like

  AppsFlyer/Adjust, GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude

• Strong creative instincts (copy + angles + hooks)
• Built growth loops: referrals, virality, lifecycle messaging, retention programs
