As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for blending data-driven rigor with strategic creativity to enhance revenue across advertising and software (SaaS) product lines for hospitality customers. You will serve as the pricing expert, providing analytics, optimization recommendations, pricing discipline, and SKU governance in collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure competitive and profitable offerings. Your core responsibilities will include developing and optimizing pricing strategy using advanced analytics, AI-driven modeling, and market intelligence to set, test, and refine pricing for new and existing SKUs. You will establish a disciplined framework for SKU creation, lifecycle management, and bundling/discount policies to ensure clarity across global teams. Additionally, you will lead pricing analytics projects, design pricing tools such as self-service dashboards and scenario models, and conduct quarterly pricing reviews for executive stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have 8-10 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS / AdTech or Hospitality Tech. You should be proficient in SQL, Sigma/Tableau, and Excel, with the ability to independently build complex pricing models. Experience in AI-augmented pricing frameworks, governance of large SKU catalogs, and execution of pricing transformations at scale is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into persuasive narratives are also key requirements. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in economics, Math, Computer Science, or a quantitative field, while an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Previous experience with CPQ systems for SKU management and pricing implementation would be beneficial but is not required. Overall, this role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to drive pricing initiatives that contribute to the company's revenue growth.,
