Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager, located in Hisar with some work-from-home flexibility. The Manager will oversee web development projects, manage client relationships, and coordinate with a team of developers and designers. Responsibilities include ensuring project deadlines are met, maintaining high-quality standards, and implementing SEO and digital marketing strategies. The Manager will also be involved in business development, fostering new client relationships, and enhancing existing ones.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Web Development and SEO-Optimized Web Design using platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify
• Experience with front-end development, custom themes, and e-commerce solutions
• Strong managerial skills for leading a team and overseeing project delivery
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Knowledge in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology stack used by Amit Kreation, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, is a plus
• Customer service experience and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt and learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience in administrative or support roles is advantageous
• Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
