Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Department: Digital Marketing / E-commerce Must have handled Amazon Ads & Amazon DSP CTC Range: INR 12 LPA to INR 18 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Ads Manager to lead and optimize our Amazon advertising strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Amazon PPC campaigns to drive sales, improve ROI, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Amazon’s advertising platform. Key Responsibilities: Amazon Advertising Strategy & Execution Develop, implement, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP . Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Manage and monitor daily advertising budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to maximize efficiency. Performance Analysis & Optimization Analyze ad performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.) and provide actionable insights. Use data-driven strategies to enhance sales and profitability while minimizing ad spend waste. Continuously test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to improve outcomes. Amazon Account Management & Collaboration Work closely with product, e-commerce, and sales teams to align advertising efforts with overall business goals. Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to stay ahead in the Amazon marketplace. Ensure compliance with Amazon advertising policies and guidelines. Reporting & Insights Generate and present weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, trends, and key learnings. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance Amazon advertising efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon Ads/PPC campaigns (preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment). Strong understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, including DSP and programmatic advertising. Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or other reporting tools. Knowledge of retail media, e-commerce strategies, and Amazon SEO best practices. Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Amazon Advertising Certification is a plus. Experience with multi-marketplace Amazon Ads (e.g., US, UK, EU, and India). Familiarity with other e-commerce advertising platforms (e.g., Walmart, eBay, Target). Interested ?
