As the Salon and Clinic Manager, your role involves overseeing the daily operations of the salon and clinic. You will be responsible for supervising a diverse team including doctors, therapists, beauticians, receptionists, and support staff. Your primary duties will include scheduling staff duties, shifts, and appointments efficiently to ensure smooth workflow and minimize waiting time. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory of medical, cosmetic, and salon supplies - Monitor hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols - Resolve client or patient complaints professionally - Coordinate between medical and non-medical departments - Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines - Maintain records, reports, and documentation - Support marketing activities, promotions, and client retention - Monitor revenue, expenses, and daily sales - Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in managing salon or clinic operations - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of inventory management and customer service best practices In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also support marketing activities, promotions, and client retention.
