Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the salon and clinic
Supervise staff including doctors, therapists, beauticians, receptionists, and support staff
Schedule staff duties, shifts, and appointments efficiently
Ensure high standards of customer service and patient care
Manage inventory of medical, cosmetic, and salon supplies
Monitor hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols
Handle billing, payments, and basic financial records
Resolve client or patient complaints professionally
Coordinate between medical and non-medical departments
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Support marketing activities, promotions, and client retention
Monitor revenue, expenses, and daily sales
Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
Ensure smooth workflow and minimize waiting time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
