Manager - Agency Relations

The role of Manager-Agency Relations requires a candidate with 4-6 years of work experience and will be based in Gurgaon. As a Manager-Agency Relations, your primary goal will be to enhance engagement with individual and B2B agencies to drive substantial revenue growth while also integrating CyberMedia's Programmatic products into agency solution portfolios. Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing, pitching, and executing new sales initiatives, as well as managing existing business relationships with agencies. You should have a proven track record in managing key accounts and be well-connected with small and independent media agencies. You will need to independently implement sales plans, maintain a healthy business funnel consistently, achieve monthly and quarterly ad sales targets, and build, manage, and expand a revenue pipeline with agencies. It is crucial to establish and nurture relationships at all levels within each key agency. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling Programmatic and Display Native Advertising, possess existing contacts within ad agencies and direct corporate clients, and demonstrate a strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics. Self-motivation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced market environment are key attributes for success in this role. As a Key Account Manager in the Internet industry, you will be responsible for sales and business development on a full-time basis, with a focus on Enterprise & B2B Sales. The educational requirements for this position include a graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
