Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales, Business, and Product teams to support the expansion of Swiggy’s advertisement platform.
  • Assist in executing the Ads business roadmap with the goal of growing ad sales as a meaningful contributor to Swiggy’s overall revenue.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations to drive better ad spend utilization, improve partner ROI/performance, and support area-level demand-supply balancing.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline campaign execution and contribute to automation efforts using data and analytical inputs.
  • Support the development of the ads program by maintaining visibility into the seller ecosystem and assisting in GTM activities and rollout plans.
  • Work on implementing product and pricing strategies as defined, ensuring proper communication and adoption across internal teams and partners.
  • Execute inbound marketing activities for Ads across available channels and support testing of new outreach methods for restaurant partners.
  • Coordinate with Sales teams across multiple cities to ensure alignment and consistency in campaign delivery and partner communication.
  • Work with Product and Merchandising teams to support the implementation of defined SOPs and ensure accurate campaign setup and monitoring.
  • Assist in executing local go-to-market strategies to support new ad revenue initiatives across different geographies.
