Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure.

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS).
• Prepare and file timely tax returns and handle assessments and appeals.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and implement necessary updates.
• Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities.

Strategic Planning & Controls

• Develop and implement internal financial controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with financial insights.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and optimize tax liabilities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for audit trails.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor the accounts and taxation team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments for financial clarity and compliance.
• Train junior staff on accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and regulatory pressures.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA with 2 years / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in accounting and taxation roles.
• Experience in handling audits, tax assessments, and financial reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
