Role Task Client Onboarding Explain our services, basic rules, and clear initial questions before bringing a client on board. Collect KYC documents, registration details, and financial information from new clients. Create client profiles in our accounting and compliance systems. Clearly share scope of work, timelines, and deliverables with clients. Client Coordination & Data Collection Stay in touch with clients to collect data on time (e.g., invoices, vouchers, bank statements, payroll, and other records). Write professional emails to confirm discussions and request data. Data Entry & Filings (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Advance Tax) Record all accounting entries correctly and on time. File GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and Advance Tax returns before deadlines. Track compliance status and keep clients updated. Reconcile accounts and ensure tax credits/deductions are correct.
