Manager – Accounts Payable (CWA/CA Qualified)

Work Location: Beliciaa Towers, MRC Nagar, RA Puram, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Accounts payable process, fixed assets accounting and monthly books closure.
• Manage invoice Processing & payments process.
• Manage Banking Relationships & Cash forecast.
• Monitoring budgets and variance analysis.
• Validation of audit schedules, vendor reconciliation /confirmation, fixed asset physical verification.
• Reporting to management and stakeholders and providing insights for cost control.
• Effective people management and development.
• Process improvements and automation
• Support Internal / Statutory Audit.

Skill and Competencies

• Well versed with Accounting standards, MS Excel & modelling
• Good presentation and communication skills to deal with top management
• Analytical skills to present insights to management on the business
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and task orientation
• Ability to run the automation agenda for a finance function
• Well versed with dealing with accounting packages such as Oracle / SAP

Education and Experience

CWA/CA with minimum 2 yrs of post qualification experience in Accounts payable management & overall 5 years of relevant work experience.
