As a Sales Growth representative for Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories, your primary responsibility will be to achieve and exceed sales targets through aftermarket distributors in your assigned territory. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, aftermarket workshops, retailers, and other stakeholders. You will also be tasked with training, motivating, and monitoring MSIL distributor performance to ensure sales targets are consistently met. Your role will require effective territory management, including regular visits to distributors and their customers to identify new business opportunities and report market trends. You will be expected to discuss and take action on competitor activities, providing insights on countermeasures to mitigate market-specific challenges. To excel in this position, you must stay up-to-date on MSIL products, features, and benefits in order to effectively communicate with distributors and customers. Additionally, you will need to develop and execute sales plans, set targets, identify opportunities, ensure required investments, and allocate necessary resources. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. You will also play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, promptly resolving customer complaints and issues. Compliance with MSIL policies, processes, and regulatory requirements is essential in this role. Timely reporting of sales figures and activities at assigned reporting levels will be part of your regular responsibilities.,
