As a Sales Growth Representative for Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories, your primary responsibility will be to achieve and surpass sales targets through aftermarket distributors within your designated territory. It will be essential to build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, aftermarket workshops, retailers, and other key stakeholders to ensure mutual success. Your role will also involve training, motivating, and monitoring the performance of MSIL distributors to guarantee the achievement of sales objectives. Effective territory management will be crucial, requiring regular visits to distributors and their customers, identification of new business prospects, and the reporting of market trends. You will need to actively engage in discussions regarding competitor activities, initiating appropriate actions, and providing insights on countermeasures to address market-specific challenges. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of MSIL products, their features, and benefits is imperative to effectively communicate with distributors and customers. Developing and executing sales plans, including target setting, opportunity identification, resource allocation, and necessary investments, will be part of your sales planning responsibilities. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for enhancement and implementing corrective measures will be essential. Ensuring exceptional customer service standards, promptly addressing customer complaints and issues, will be a key aspect of your role. Compliance with MSIL policies, processes, and regulatory requirements is mandatory, as well as providing timely and accurate reporting of sales figures and activities to the assigned reporting levels.
