Job Description

Soliflex Packaging

As a Management Trainee, you will gain exposure across different departments and all aspects of the FIBC business including sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, and administration preparing you for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

Assist managers in day-to-day operations, reporting, and MIS preparation.
Work across sales, marketing, supply chain, production, HR and operations to understand the FIBC business in depth.
Gain hands-on exposure across multiple departments to develop a holistic understanding of business processes.
Support in client meetings, vendor coordination, and business presentations.
Perform data analysis, documentation, and report generation using MS Office and Google sheets.
Contribute to process improvement, and execution.
Learn and grow through structured training, mentorship, and cross-department exposure.

Skills & Qualifications

MBA Graduate (Fresher) Any specialization.
Female candidates preferred.
Pleasing personality, positive attitude, and adaptability.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and gain exposure across all aspects of the FIBC business.
