Management Trainee

Objective of the program: To identify, attract, onboard, and nurture talented and motivated management graduates/post-graduates from esteemed universities. Equipping them with comprehensive training & development opportunity, we aim to foster their career growth while leveraging their potential to drive our organizations innovation and success.

Selection Process: Presentation (Topic Based)+ PI

Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Operations/Finance). Fresh pass outs or 2024 pass outs can also apply.

Age Limit: Below 30 years

Skills Required: Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Proactive and Fast Learner, Willing for market visit/ travel.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1.Extensive departmental training with mentorship & regular assessment before final placements. The training period will be of 6-12 months.

2.Undergo On-the-job and in-house training program before being assigned to specific sales function Core sales, Retail, Product, and Key Accounts & Distribution.

3.Learn from the ground level i.e. be on the market as a sales promoter for at least 12-30days.

4.Learn line and staff functions, operations, management’s viewpoints, policies and best practices which improves each aspect of the business.

5.Post completion of training period you will be appointed as an Executive in functions viz. Sales, Product, Retail, Branding , Market Hygiene, Affordability, Competition Analysis, VBA Development, Training and Channel.
