Role Overview

As a Management Trainee, you will play a key role in expanding our network by onboarding new business owners, managing portfolios, and driving engagement across digital and offline channels. Its a hands-on, growth-focused position ideal for individuals who are passionate about business development, networking, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Onboarding & Outreach

• Identify and onboard new business owners through direct meetings, social media outreach, website inquiries, and campaign initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members across various business categories.

• Portfolio & Documentation Management

• Maintain accurate records of member portfolios.

• Validate business documents and ensure compliance with onboarding standards.

• Marketing & Promotion

• Assist in creating and managing advertisements and promotional content.

• Provide strategic suggestions to help members grow their businesses.

• Coordinate and execute social media activities to boost visibility and engagement.

• Operations & Support

• Facilitate payment collection through approved banking channels.

• Offer guidance and support to team members and interns.

• Participate in planning and executing campaigns, events, and networking sessions.
