Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Verify billing details with contracts, delivery notes, and service records.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments.
  • Handle customer queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams for billing-related inputs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of billing, accounting principles and basic knowledge of GST compliance.
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
