1) Daily Sales Analysis
2) Monitor daily & monthly target achievement
3) Regular Market Visit
4) Monitoring & Grooming Team Members
5) Co-ordinate with various departments for completion of assigned tasks within allotted time.
6) Participate in contest organized by HO
7) Maintaining healthy relationship with business partners
8) Stock handling
9) Attend Product related Training and impart the same to other team members.
10) Follow up with Retailers on regular basis.
