Job Title: Assistant Management Trainee

Location: Ayappakkam, Chennai

Reporting To: Executive Director & General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Management Trainee to support the Executive Director and General Manager in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate across teams, handle general administrative and operational tasks, and maintain good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Director and General Manager in daily business operations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Communicate with customers, address queries, and maintain strong business relationships.

Support in sales follow-ups, customer interactions, and basic documentation.

Handle general administrative duties and ensure proper reporting to management.

Maintain good networking and interpersonal communication with clients and vendors.

Ensure day-to-day activities are efficiently managed and reported.

Requirements:

Experience: Good years of experience in a similar role.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business or Management background preferred).

Languages:

English – Fluent (mandatory)

Tamil – Fluent (mandatory)

Telugu & Hindi – Basic communication preferred

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email communication)

Customer relationship and networking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
