About the Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee – Accounts & Audit who is passionate about building a career in accounting and auditing. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, TDS, and GST, and should be able to handle work with minimal supervision.

This role offers excellent exposure to real-world accounting, tax compliance, and audit processes in a professional CA consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting work, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns accurately and on time.
• Maintain books of accounts using Tally and Excel.
• Support senior team members in audit and compliance assignments.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Accounts, Taxation, TDS, and GST.
• Practical working experience in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional CA setup.
