Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis for D2C life insurance channels
Support project management for digital sales channel initiatives and implementations
Analyze customer data, conversion funnels, and sales performance metrics
Assist in developing customer journey mapping and user experience improvements
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations
Support A/B testing initiatives and performance optimization projects
Research emerging digital trends and technologies in insurance sector

Preferred candidate profile

Fresh graduates or 0-2 years of experience with strong analytical mindset
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
Research skills with ability to gather, analyze and present data insights
Project coordination experience through internships or academic projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and grow
Team player with collaborative working style
