Job Description

As a Management Trainee at our company, you will have the opportunity to be groomed in Business Analytics Solution and Marketing. We are seeking individuals with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow. Your training will encompass various aspects of marketing such as Market research, Competitive Analysis, Market sizing, company messaging, sales pitch preparation, and digital marketing. During your on-the-job training, you will collaborate with the sales/marketing team to promote the Transdigital brand through digital and social channels. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate passion and creativity in marketing - Utilize extroverted personality to reach out to people and expand the network through conventional and digital channels - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in PowerPoint/ MS Office - Work effectively as a team player Qualifications Required: - Excellent academic record - Graduation in any discipline with a first-class degree. A diploma or a Degree in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory Other Information: - Salary: 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 per year - Job Type: Full-time - Schedule: Day shift Please note that only candidates based in Mumbai are eligible to apply.
