Management Trainee (Marketing)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting business development initiatives, new product development, documentation, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying new business opportunities in domestic & export markets. - Conduct market research on products, competitors, pricing, and customer trends. - Coordinate with sales, marketing, and key clients for product requirements. - Prepare presentations, product catalogues, and business reports. - Support customer queries, sampling, and follow-up with internal stakeholders. - Assist in end-to-end new product development process including brief drafting, sampling, costing, trials, packaging, and approvals. - Coordinate with R&D, QC, production, and packaging design teams. - Track timelines and ensure all NPD tasks meet deadlines. - Support in vendor development for raw materials, fragrances, and packaging. - Maintain NPD trackers, BD trackers, costing sheets, and launch timelines. - Analyse product performance post-launch. - Prepare MIS reports for management review. - Follow up with purchase, factory, accounts, marketing, and logistics on project-related tasks. - Support in communication between departments to ensure smooth execution. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in business development support and new product development is preferred. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office suite. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
