Eligibility Criteria

You must meet at least one of the following criteria to apply:

• Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Mass Communication / English from a reputed institution

• Prior internship or full-time role in inside sales, lead generation, or business development at a reputed agency or B2B organisation

• We prefer candidates staying in Gurgaon or within 5 km of Gurgaon.

Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities and converting them into qualified leads for the client servicing and strategy teams. Responsibilities include:

• Generate leads through telecalling, emailing, networking and digital outreach

• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the senior leadership

• Draft and share proposals and pitch decks via email and LinkedIn outreach

• Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking systems with regular follow-ups

• Ensure timely, professional, and value-driven communication with all prospects

• Nurture leads with relevant content and communication to bring them closer to conversion

• Consistently leave a strong, positive impression about Conceptualise in every interaction

• Collaborate with the content and design teams to align pitches and proposals with the brand voice


Required Skills

You must demonstrate a strong command of:

• Telecalling, cold calling and written communication (email, LinkedIn)

• Lead generation and qualification techniques

• Clear, persuasive proposal writing and verbal pitching

• Relationship building and stakeholder engagement

• CRM tools, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
