Management Trainee

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and driven Management Intern to join our team and support various business functions such as operations, marketing, HR, sales, strategy, or administration. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day operations and cross-functional coordination Support project management tasks – tracking progress, reports, and follow-ups Conduct market research and competitive analysis Assist with internal documentation, presentations, and business communication Support HR, sales, marketing, or operations teams as needed Attend meetings, take minutes, and contribute ideas Coordinate with vendors, clients, or internal stakeholders Help streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field Good understanding of business functions (operations, marketing, HR, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Excellent time management and organizational abilities Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude Self-motivated and eager to learn
