Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited (HNGIL) is the largest glass packaging solution provider in India, holding a 65% market share. The company produces glass containers and bottles of various shapes and sizes, tailored to customer specifications. HNGIL's manufacturing facilities are strategically located in Rishra, Bahadurgarh, Rishikesh, Pondicherry, Nashik, and Neemrana. With 11 furnaces and 44 production lines, HNGIL incorporates state-of-the-art technology from leading European and American suppliers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bahadurgarh for a Management Trainee. The Management Trainee will be responsible for learning and performing various tasks to understand the company's operations, including production processes, quality control, inventory management, and customer service. The trainee will work closely with different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, participate in meetings and projects, and provide support to supervisors and managers.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Previous internship or work experience in manufacturing or operations is a plus
