While we scale Netoyed to the next level, we are seeking a recent MBA graduate to join our Founder's office as a Management Trainee. In this role, you will work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects spanning market research, strategy, business development, operations, and special initiatives. This role is designed to be a launchpad for future leaders, fast-paced, high-responsibility, and deeply cross-functional.

Caveat:

There is no limit to how much or how fast you can grow in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Projects & Research

  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to support decision-making.
  • Prepare briefing notes, whitepapers, and concept notes for new initiatives.
  • Assist in evaluating investment, partnership, or expansion opportunities.

2. Business Development & RFP Support

  • Draft and structure client proposals, RFP responses, and investor decks.
  • Coordinate with sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs.
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements, company strengths, and brand tone.

3. Founder’s Office Operations

  • Translate the founder’s ideas into actionable project plans.
  • Track progress of ongoing initiatives and prepare status reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of founder-led priorities.

4. Communication & Documentation

  • Prepare high-quality presentation notes and reports for client meetings, board reviews, and public forums.
  • Document learnings, insights, and recommendations from strategic engagements.

5. Special Projects

  • Support one-off initiatives (new product launches, events, policy interactions, etc.).
  • Act as a “shadow resource” for the founder in meetings, capturing action points and ensuring follow-through.

Key skills:

  • Strong analytical ability with comfort in numbers and market research.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication (proposals, decks, reports).
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Fabric) is a plus.
  • High ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to work beyond defined roles.

Qualifications:

  • MBA / Postgraduate in Management, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of work experience (fresh graduates with strong internships welcome).
  • Prior exposure to consulting, strategy, or business development internships is desirable.
