Role Summary: As a Management Trainee in the Founders’ Office , you will work directly with the leadership team on strategic projects, business growth initiatives, and operations across departments. This is a high-impact, learning-intensive role designed for young professionals who aspire to build a career in healthcare entrepreneurship and business management.
