About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Management Trainee to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a solid foundation in financial planning and analysis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to business decision-making and growth strategies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed MIS reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor business performance against budgets and identify key variances.
• Assist in cost analysis, margin analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial inputs for strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• CA Inter preferred.
• 0–1 year of relevant industry experience in financial analysis, preferably in retail or allied sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Age below 35 years.
