Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in Career Management, located at Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - JM. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective career management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.
