Role Overview:
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training across various departments, gaining hands-on experience in operations, marketing, sales, and creative management. This role is designed to prepare you for future leadership positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for project execution.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and share insights for process improvement.
• Support HR and administration in talent management activities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
• Learn and adapt to company systems, culture, and values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Passion for creativity, design, and brand building.
