Position Overview:
The Management Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence for Otis Elevator. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage client relationships, identify new business/Growth opportunities including whitespaces, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
Training Program:
The Management Sales Associate will participate in a comprehensive one-year training program designed to develop industry-specific knowledge and sales skills. This program includes:
  • Product Training: In-depth learning of Otis Elevator products, features, and benefits.
  • Sales Techniques: Training in effective sales strategies, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
  • Market Insights: Understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Cross-Departmental Exposure: Opportunities to collaborate with engineering, service, and marketing teams to understand project execution.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market demands and customer needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Otis Elevator products and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Master s degree in business/Sales/Marketing & Engineering in Bachelors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
