Our core research areas will be Tech, Marketing, and Finance, but we are not limited to these topics.

Role Description

As a Management Intern, you will play a key role in shaping how our team functions and grows. You will work directly with the founders and other team members to ensure smooth operations, structured workflows, and impactful execution of our projects.

• You will help us build and manage communities.
• You will work on structuring processes, coordinating between different members, and making sure we’re always aligned with our goals.
• You will be exposed to research, content strategy, and people management—getting hands-on experience in running an early-stage company.
• You will spearhead initiatives that keep the team in sync and updated with what’s new.

What Will You Learn?

We are a team of enthusiastic and curious people, and as a Management Intern you’ll get first-hand exposure to what it actually takes to run and grow a team. During this internship, you will learn:

• Real people management – how to understand, guide, and support individuals within a team.
• Delegation skills – how to assign tasks effectively and ensure smooth execution.
• Interpersonal communication – how to interact confidently with teammates and third-party professionals.
• Community building – how to nurture and grow healthy, engaged communities.
• Practical management insights – going beyond theory into hands-on experience of strategy, structure, and execution.

Qualifications

We are not looking for degrees or fancy credentials. What we need is clarity, adaptability, and curiosity.

• You should have strong communication skills (English and Hindi).
• You should enjoy problem-solving and structuring chaos into clarity.
• You should be comfortable being proactive, taking ownership, and interacting with people.
• You should have an interest in management, strategy, and execution.
