Your Team
As a Management Intern, you will be enrolled in Invesco India Young Leadership Program.
You will be part of Invesco India HR team which takes care of all people related activities and initiatives for Invesco India Private Ltd. (IIPL) including:
Building & driving company culture throughout the organization
Talent Acquisition: Designing, refining & executing strategies to identify & recruit best-in-class talent through campus & lateral market in areas like Finance, Investment, Investment Services, Technology, Compliance etc.
Business Partnering & Shared Services: Provide business groups & functions with strategic guidance implementing key initiatives
Talent Development: Enable growth of talent in Invesco through multiple training & developmental initiatives
Compensation & Benefits: Managing all benefits administration of IIPL and ensure our compensation strategies are in line with market and ensure parity within team
Your Role
The intern will be actively involved in projects that focus on one or more of the areas specified above
Assist the team with process improvement
Present your findings / outcome of the project assigned to global HR leaders
The Experience You Bring
Good analytical skills and superb attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Academic requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR (2026 Batch)
No current backlogs
60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course
