Job Description

Employee is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all computer-related activities within an organization also he should have excellent knowledge in Account related works.

Role & Responsibility-

  • assist with installation and integration processes, security issues, and program upgrades.
  • can also provide remote tech support and troubleshooting services by phone or chat.
  • monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting IT systems.
  • briefs and developing IT systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed financial records: This includes recording transactions, posting journal entries, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconciling bank statements: This involves ensuring that the company's records match the bank's records.
  • Preparing and analysing financial reports: This includes creating income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Performing general accounting tasks: This may include data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Staying up to date on accounting principles and regulations: This is essential for ensuring that the company's financial records are accurate and compliant.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders: This includes providing financial information to managers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Using accounting software proficiently: Most companies use accounting software to track their finances, so it is important for freshers to be proficient in these programs.



Eligibility-

Candidate must have 2-4years experience in Management Information System.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in Graduation Mostly Commerce background Candidates are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Hookup, pivot table) principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
