Management Information System Executive

As an MIS Executive supporting the Lateral Hiring Team, you will play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights and reporting. Your expertise in Excel will be vital to handle complex datasets, automate reports, and present actionable insights. Familiarity with Power Query and Power BI would be advantageous for this role. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining advanced Excel reports and dashboards to track hiring metrics. You will also be tasked with automating data processes using formulas, macros, and pivot tables. Cleaning, organizing, and analyzing recruitment data to facilitate decision-making will be a key part of your daily tasks. Collaborating with recruiters to understand their reporting needs and delivering timely insights will be essential. Additionally, occasional use of Power Query for data transformation and Power BI for visual summaries may be required. The ideal candidate for this position should possess advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, and Conditional Formatting. Proficiency in Power Query for data cleaning and transformation is necessary. While a basic understanding of Power BI is optional, it would be beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as clear and effective communication, are essential for success in this role. Preferred qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline with a focus on strong analytical skills. Prior experience in MIS, HR analytics, or recruitment support would be advantageous.,
