Management Information System Executive

We are looking for an MIS Executive who can help us implement and manage new software solutions in our company. The role involves coordinating with teams, setting up systems, training staff, and ensuring smooth adoption of the software. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and rollout of new software across different departments.
• Collect and analyze data to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Provide training and support to staff on how to use the new systems.
• Coordinate with vendors/IT teams for resolving issues.
• Ensure all data is accurate, updated, and properly maintained.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and database management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM/HRMS or similar software systems.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and explain technical things in simple language.
