Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at Ranniti Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd., your role involves client acquisition, strategy development, implementation, monitoring, analysis, and client relationship management in the Management Consulting department. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - **Client Acquisition & Understanding**: - Research potential clients within the target market, understanding their industry, business model, and sales challenges. - Discuss specific needs, goals, and current sales performance with clients. - Identify key business challenges hindering sales growth and propose solutions. - **Strategy Development & Implementation**: - Analyze client's products/services to understand unique selling points and sales terms. - Collaborate to develop a sales growth strategy addressing challenges and leveraging strengths. - Set achievable and measurable sales targets, providing on-site assistance for implementation. - Partner with the marketing team for complementary strategies. - **Monitoring & Analysis**: - Keep track of sales metrics, analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies. - Present progress reports and insights to clients, highlighting successes and improvement areas. - **Client Relationship Management**: - Analyze monthly sales data, forecast future performance, and study competitors" strategies. - Maintain open communication with client stakeholders, proactively address challenges, and foster positive relationships. **Qualification Required**: - Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the consulting industry. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess the following skills: - Strong understanding of business consulting services. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding targets. Please note that Ranniti Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd. requires you to be proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Excel. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Surat, Gujarat, with a requirement for 100% travel. Your work location will be in person.,
