You will be responsible for the following tasks in the role of Sales Consultant at Ranniti Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Surat: Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant, your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Research potential clients within the target market to understand their industry, business model, and sales challenges. - Meet with clients to discuss their specific needs, goals, and current sales performance. - Identify key business challenges hindering sales growth such as low lead generation, ineffective marketing, and competitive pressure. - Analyze the client's products and services to understand their unique selling points, sales terms, and offerings. - Collaborate with the client to develop a sales growth strategy that addresses their challenges and leverages their strengths. - Set achievable and measurable sales targets for the client's sales department. - Provide on-site assistance to the client's sales team throughout the implementation process to support the successful execution of the plan. - Partner with the marketing team to develop complementary strategies, such as branding, campaigns, and promotions. - Keep track of sales metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue growth. - Analyze the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and adjust your strategies accordingly. - Regularly present progress reports and insights to your clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. - Analyze your monthly sales data to identify trends and forecast future performance. - Analyze your competitors' sales performance and strategies to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation. - Maintain open and regular communication with client stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates. - Set realistic expectations and proactively address potential challenges. - Be prepared to adapt the strategy and negotiate solutions based on client feedback and changing circumstances. - Foster positive relationships with the client team to ensure successful collaboration. - Find solutions to complex business problems impacting the client's sales growth. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the consulting industry. Please note that the company utilizes tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and Excel. It is a full-time, permanent position based in Surat, Gujarat, requiring 100% travel and in-person work.
