Management Accountant-
You have to undertake the following Tasks for Hotel Allocated:
Checking Daily Report Revenue and Report if any discrepancies.
Managing Accounts Payable and Receivables Process.
Payroll Process.
Daily and Monthly Banking.
Liaise with General Manager of Hotel for Approvals.
Timely Payment to Suppliers.
Timely collection of Payments.
Month End Reporting.
Manging Cashflow.
Managing Group Business.
Checking work of sub-ordinates
Weekly and Monthly Reporting
Preparation of Management Account and showing key performance indicator
Advise Management on KPIs.
Placing proper Internal controls for each process
Liaise with Bank for Finance
Minimum 2 Years of Experience UK Management Accounts.
Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and cash flow analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel is must; Excellent written & verbal English communication.
Experience in U.K Accounting in hospitality sector would be an added advantage.
Be competent and efficient at keeping databases updated.
A team player, efficient & reliable who can be responsible for their own work load and keen
to develop.
