Male HR Employee Relations

You will be responsible for Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling, Policy & Compliance adherence, providing counseling and guidance to employees and managers, overseeing employee performance, assisting with background checks, recruitment processes, and onboarding programs. You will also collect, analyze, and use employee data for HR strategies, conduct training sessions on interpersonal skills and policy adherence.
