Job Description

The Make up Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling make up services Provided by Bodycraft. This role involves cultivating relationships with clients, coordinating events, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Client Management:
  • Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients interested in makeup services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals seeking makeup services.
  • Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase our expertise in the field and services.
  • Visiting all the outlets and informing clients about the services provided by the client.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Prepare and present detailed event proposals, including cost estimates and service offerings.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
  • Prepare and finalize contracts, outlining all aspects of the event and services provided.
  • Collect necessary deposits and payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and generate business.
  • Attend industry events, Corporate events, and networking opportunities to promote the services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning and execution process.
  • Address client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collect feedback from clients to continuously improve services and customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies.
  • Experience in executing on-ground marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Proficiency in event planning, brand collaborations, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing software.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in makeup service.
  • Strong understanding of event planning and coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and market dynamics.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales or event planning is preferred.
