Maintenance Planner

Job Requirements

Remotely support of Maintenance Planning of rotating equipment and static equipment.

Create job packages (work packs) Job procedure/Standard Maintenance procedures (SMP) of static and rotating equipment.

Plan all the maintenance activities such as preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance and record history of maintenance activity.

Understand/review P&ID, Isometric Drawing, Equipment drawing, Civil Foundation Drawing, 3-D Model, Plot Plan, Lay out, Equipment GA drawing etc. Working on PM & MM modules of SAP to maintain the equipment history, material reservation, Consumption, Master data management, Preparing task lists, maintenance items/ maintenance plan, task list enhancement, work order planning etc.

Piping knowledge: Pipe fabrication/erection according to P&ID and Isometric drawing, support drawings, piping specs etc.

Reliability management, Maintenance strategy review/preparation.

Provide technical support for maintenance optimisation

Root Cause Analysis, RCM .Managing multi-functional team and actively involve in developing & mentoring team members. Good Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) is a must.

Work Experience

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Strong Engineering Fundamentals
3. 8+ Years of Experience in either of the industries - (Refiner, Oil and gas, Power generation, Steel plant, Edible oil production, Big pharma industries, Mining industry, Pesticide / Agro chemical production, Marine maintenance)
4. Awareness on Process Knowledge
5. Awareness in Operations and Maintenance
6. Awareness of Maintenance of Rotary & Static Equipment
7. Good knowledge in reading all the documentation like P& ID, Layout drawings & Isometrics
8. Good written and verbal communications
9. Candidate should have good Analytical skills
10. Basic Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
