Maintenance Planner

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of reliability and maintenance activities by utilizing technical and analytical capabilities to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability of operations. Your primary tasks will include generating high-quality job plans and work packs, planning work order tasks, managing daily backlogs, and maintaining job plan libraries. Additionally, you will be involved in End-to-End Planning, Scheduling, vendor communication, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Generate high-quality job plans and work packs for efficient scheduling, assignment, and execution of work - Plan work order tasks by clearly identifying the necessary work, equipment, and materials for safe and efficient job completion - Manage daily backlog within your area of responsibility to prioritize and clean up work - Perform End-to-End Planning, Scheduling, and activity integration for the scope of work - Communicate with vendors and engage stakeholders effectively - Maintain job plan libraries ensuring completeness, accuracy, and accessibility to all - Identify resources required for quality work packs, including people, tools, materials, services, and procedures - Request modification or creation of master data as needed - Identify improvement opportunities and basic defect elimination in daily work execution - Follow Global Work Management processes and standards, monitor KPIs, and take corrective actions as necessary Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical) - 8+ years of relevant technical field experience in both Rotary and Static equipment Maintenance and Planning - Experience in Maintenance planning within Oil and Gas or Processes Industry - Knowledge of offshore facilities and typical equipment used - Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP or FIORI) - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the Job Description),
