Maintenance Planner

As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of reliability and maintenance activities to ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating high-quality job plans and work packs to facilitate efficient scheduling, assignment, and execution of work. - Planning work order tasks by clearly identifying the required work, equipment, and materials to complete the job safely and efficiently. - Managing daily backlog within your area of responsibility to prioritize and clean up work. - Handling End-to-End Planning, Scheduling, and activity integration for the scope of work. - Communicating with vendors and engaging stakeholders effectively. - Maintaining job plan libraries and ensuring that Job Plans are complete, accurate, and easily accessible to all. - Identifying the resources needed for a quality work pack, including people, tools, materials, services, and procedures. - Requesting modification or creation of master data such as new materials, locations, or description changes. - Identifying improvement opportunities and basic defect elimination in the day-to-day execution of work. - Following Global Work Management processes and standards within planning activities and monitoring the agreed-upon KPIs to take appropriate actions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical) Experience and Job Requirements: - 8+ years of relevant technical field experience in both Rotary and Static equipment Maintenance and Planning Must-Have Experiences/Skills: - Maintenance planning experience within the Oil and Gas or Processes Industry - Knowledge of offshore facilities and typical equipment used - Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP or FIORI) - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint Additional Details: - The working hours will be in India/UK/GOM shift to support Business Partners from 2 PM to 11 PM. - Job Type: Contractual / Temporary - Contract Length: 6 months Your expertise in maintenance planning, technical field experience, and proficiency in relevant software and tools make you an ideal candidate for this role.
