Maintenance Manager

Job Profile / Role Discription Coordinating for setting up new facility. Erection and commissioning of equipments. Responsible to achieve reliable plant capacity. Preventive, Predictive and B/D maintenance. Operation and maintenance of utility equipments –DG, Compressors, HVAC, UPS, Fire Hydrant systems. Estate maintenance. Critical spare management. Knowledge in implementing TPM. Maintenance experience in CNC machines, Heat treatment furnaces, Hydraulic press and conventional machines. Maintaining statutory and regulatory compliance related to Maintenance department. Carryout Hazard identification and Risk analysis / Job safety analysis. Knowledge in ISO quality system, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001/ISO 27001 systems. Experience to prepare department budget and to monitor expenditure of funds.
