Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret blueprints to direct maintenance activities.
• Utilize CMMS software for tracking and reporting maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and CMMS software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
